Introduction

If you need to access the internal components of your Logitech G X56 HOTAS Joystick (model 945-000058) for repairs or modifications, use this guide to safely open the joystick casing.

The joystick casing encloses critical components such as switches, sensors, wiring, springs, and the yaw twist mechanism. Opening the casing requires many internal repairs, including replacing the trigger, pinky switch, and thumb HATs or adjusting/replacing the tension spring.
