Hi there! My name is Michaila Thomas. I'm in my second semester at Austin Community College and majoring in cybersecurity. My goal for this year is to finish up some required classes I need to be able to apply to an internship/apprenticeship in my desired field. One skill that I have is that I take pride in looking at the small details in things. I also think I'm decent at giving back good constructive criticism to myself and others in a positive way. I'm a part of a group called Women in Cyber Security, which consists of other women who are interested or currently working in the cybersecurity world. A few hobbies that I take an interest in are crocheting/knitting and painting. Being able to create new art by the ideas in my head has always been something I loved to experiment with. This project relates to me because in cyber security, one of the key tasks is to troubleshoot ways to fix an issue and that's exactly what this project is about. A fun fact about me is that I have been going to craft markets and selling my crochet products for fun and hope to have a small business in the future.
