How to convert a Trados translation memory for use with WordFast:

  1. From Workbench, select File - Export then OK and enter a target file name.
  2. Select one of the tmx format options under Save as type.
  3. In the WordFast Translation Memory tab, TM sub-tab, click "Select TM".
  4. Under "Files of type", select All files (top option).
  5. WordFast will automatically reorganize and save as a txt file.
