Hogao is a criollo sauce used in many Colombian dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 large red tomatoes, finely diced
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- ΒΌ cup oil
- Allspice
- Chicken bouillon cube
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a medium frying pan.
- Add scallions, and fry 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add tomato, allspice, bouillon, salt, and pepper. Let cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
