There are two ways to make this mint infusion. You can either use dried up mint leaves or fresh mint leaves.
Ingredients
- Dried or fresh mint leaves
- Water
Equipment
- Kettle
- Teapot
Procedure
- Boil the water in a kettle.
- Pour the boiling water into the teapot.
- Put the mint leaves in the teapot. Let steep for several minutes.
- Pour some hot tea in a cup and dilute with additional water. Even if it starts to look transparent, the taste is still there.
