The mixture of ice cream and yogurt gives a richer taste to this smoothie. Replacing the peaches with sliced bananas also works well.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (150 g or 5.3 oz) plain yogurt
- ½ cup (125 ml or 4.2 oz) vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup (40 g or 1.4 oz) sliced peaches
- ½ cup (40 g or 1.4 oz) sliced strawberries
