This seafood seasoning also works great on chicken or steak, especially filet mignons.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter-flavored salt
- ½ cup sweet paprika
- 4 bay leaves, torn
- 3 tbsp celery seed
- 3 tbsp dehydrated lemon peel
- 1 tbsp dehydrated lime peel
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 3 tbsp dried thyme
- 3 tbsp dried oregano
- ¼ cup smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp freshly ground cinnamon
Procedure
- Pulse everything in a spice grinder until relatively smooth. If your spice grinder doubles as your coffee grinder, make sure you pulse some rice after.
- Keep in an airtight container with a shaker lid for up to 1 year.
