Ingredients
- 4 oz (110 g) smoked salmon
- 8 oz (225 g) low-fat cream cheese
- 2 oz (55 g) low-fat sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Procedure
- In medium-sized bowl, crumble salmon; add cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and pepper.
- Mix until well incorporated or creamy.
- Mix in basil and parsley.
- Serve and enjoy.
