Ingredients
- 1 dozen big tangerines
- 2 kg sugar
- 2 litres water
- 6 limes
Procedure
- Cut the tangerines into small pieces, leaving the peel, but removing the seeds.
- Add the water, and let sit until the next day.
- Boil the mixture until the fruit is very soft.
- Add the sugar, and leave cooking until the jelly is firm when dripped on a cold plate.
