• 1 large can (12 oz) tuna
• 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
• ½ small onion, chopped
• 1–2 stalks celery, chopped
• ½ cup carrot, shredded
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste

• 1 can tuna, drained
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• ¼ small onion, chopped

• 1 large can (12 oz) tuna
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1 large bag shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 grapes, chopped
• 4/3 hot dogs, roughly chopped
• 4 bags tater-tots, just barely defrosted

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Chill before serving.
3. Serve on toast.
