Ingredients
- 2 cans crushed pineapple with juice
- 4 packages instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 small cans of mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups mini-marshmallows
- 1 large tub whipped cream or Cool Whip
Procedure

1. Combine the crushed pineapple and juice with the pudding mix in a large mixing bowl. -
2. Stir in the marshmallows and mandarin oranges. -
3. Fold in whipped cream, and refrigerate overnight.
