Crafting recipe:

This makes a target block.

The target block has a number of uses, related to redstone.

1. Redstone emmiter: A target block can be used to power redstone, the intensity of the power output depends on how close to the center you shoot with an arrow or other projectile.
2. Redirecting redstone (technical use): The target block can also be used to redirect redstone.

Java: Be at least 30 blocks away from the target block, and shoot an arrow at the center of the block.

Bedrock: Shoot an arrow at the center of the block.
