Harper, a Slytherin one year younger than Harry, is a replacement Seeker on the house Quidditch team.

Ginny tells Harry that, as Draco Malfoy is too sick to play, they are going to put Harper in as Seeker in the Quidditch match between Gryffindor and Slytherin. Ginny says that Harper is in her year, and is an idiot.
