Exercises for the ocarina

Some exercises are optional and some are more suited to certain types of ocarinas. We need a way to tab the some of the exercises with various different tabs.

This Chapter should be divided up into Lessons and as a starting point the Mezzetti music should be added here. Further discussion can be had on the discussion page.
