Jeff Cisneros reviewed The Fringers Guide in White Wolf #48 (Oct., 1994), rating it a 4.5 out of 5 and stated that "This guide is packed with useful information with no senseless trivialities, and at [the price] it's a good buy. As long as Shatterzone products continue to meet the high standards that they have, I will continue to rate them highly."[1]
