I've Had It is an American commentary podcast hosted by Jennifer Welch and Angie "Pumps" Sullivan, former co-hosts of the Bravo series Sweet Home Oklahoma.[1][2] The Oklahoma City-based podcast has garnered attention for the hosts' outspoken left-wing views given their politically conservative surroundings.[3]
History
After cohosting Sweet Home Oklahoma from 2016 to 2019, Welch and Sullivan launched I've Had It in October 2022.[4] In 2025, the pair released the book Life is a Lazy Susan of Sh*t Sandwiches.[5]
Reception
I've Had It was nominated in the Best Pop Culture and Best Emerging categories at the 2024 iHeartPodcast Awards.[6]
