Maurice Odhiambo Makoloo is a Kenyan lawyer and diplomat who has serves as the Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kenya to the United Nations Office in Vienna, Austria since 2022.[1]
Education
Makoloo earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He later obtained a Master of Laws in environmental law from the University of Nairobi in Kenya.
Career
Makoloo served as the Regional Director of the Ford Foundation in East Africa.[2] He is the director of the Institute for Law and Environmental Governance in Nairobi. In 2022, he was appointed as Kenya’s Permanent Representative in Vienna.[3]
