Mohamed Orman Bangura is a Sierra Leonean politician who previously served as the Minister of Youth Affairs. He was succeeded by Patrick Michaelson Gibrilla.[1][2]
Early life and education
Bangura was born on December 24, 1985, in Magburaka, Tonkolili District. He attended TDEC Primary School and later earned his West African School Certificate (WASC) through home study. He graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Fourah Bay College (University of Sierra Leone) in 2010.[3][4]
Political career
He was appointed Minister of Youth Affairs in May 2018 by President Julius Maada Bio. In March 2025, Mohamed Orman Bangura was dismissed by President Julius Maada Bio, and Patrick Michaelson Gibrilla succeeded him as Minister of Youth Affairs.[5][6]
