Okrzeszyn [ɔˈkʂɛʂɨn] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubawka, within Kamienna Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, near the border with the Czech Republic.[1] It lies approximately 10 km (6 mi) south of Lubawka, 23 km (14 mi) south of Kamienna Góra, and 91 km (57 mi) south-west of the regional capital [[Wrocław
The suffix -dorf of the former German name Albendorf is typical for settlements founded by Germans during Medieval Ostsiedlung.[2]
