Trump Burger is a regional restaurant chain in the U.S. state of Texas. The Donald Trump–themed restaurant was established by Roland Beainy in Bellville in 2020.[1] There are also locations in Bay City, Flatonia, and Greater Houston.[2][3]
The Kemah location, which opened in March 2025,[4] is also known as MAGA Burger.[5][6][7]
The menu includes burgers, sandwiches, and French fries.[8]
The chain has received multiple lawsuits related to the business ownership, and it has received a cease-and-desist letter from The Trump Organization.[9]
In August 2025, the chain's founder Beainy was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and has been charged with overstaying in the US under the terms of his visa.[10]
