All Quiet on the Western Front is a 1979 epic anti-war television film, about a young German soldier who faces profound disillusionment in the soul-destroying horror of World War I. The film is a joint British and American production for which most of the filming took place in Czechoslovakia.

Directed by Delbert Mann. Written by Paul Monash, based on the novel by Erich Maria Remarque.
