Andrew Hsia

Andrew Hsia (夏立言; Xià Lìyán; born 24 December 1950) is a politician in Taiwan (Republic of China). He was the Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council of the Executive Yuan on 16 February 2015 until 20 May 2016.
