Caroline Fry

Caroline Fry (later Mrs Wilson; 31 December 1787 – 17 September 1846) was an English Christian writer from Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Quotes
- Misery follows sin; sin itself is misery; and the soul that sinneth dies of course, without any means taken to put that soul to death; though Divine interference would be indispensable to prevent the consequences following the cause.
- Reported in Josiah H. Gilbert (ed.) Dictionary of Burning Words of Brilliant Writers (Troy, NY: H. B. Nims and Co, 1883) p. 548
