Dmitry Galuscenko (Russian: Дмитрий Галущенко) is a writer, computer programmer and electronics hobbyist. In the pre-Internet era, he used to publish in FidoNet. He has also published in RadioHobby, a magazine under the official seal of the Ukrainian Amateur Radio League (UARL).
