Li Keqiang

Li Keqiang (李克强; Lǐ Kèqiáng; 1 July 1955 – 27 October 2023) was a politician in the People's Republic of China (PRC). He served as the Premier from 15 March 2013 to 11 March 2023.

Mr Li preferred to track Liaoning's economy by looking at other indicators: the cargo volume on the province's railways, electricity consumption and loans disbursed by banks.
