Quotes
Some catchphrases have recurred in the series, including:
- "Screw you guys, I’m going home!" and "Respect my authority!" by Eric Cartman
- "They took our jobs!", pronounced with an exaggerated accent something like "dey took our jerbs", spoken by several working class adults who blame someone (immigrants) or something (artificial intelligence) else for being unemployed
- "M’Kay" by Mr. Mackey
- The couplet "Oh my God, they killed Kenny!" / "You bastards!" by several South Park characters, particularly Kyle Broflovski and Stan Marsh in the early seasons of the show, where Kenny McCormick died in every episode
Quotes about South Park
- “This show hasn't been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention. President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country's history—and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump's hot streak. The left's hypocrisy truly has no end. Just like the creators of South Park, the left has no authentic or original content, which is why their popularity continues to hit record lows.”
- Claimed by White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers after episode 1 of season 27 of South Park, where there are references to Donald Trump, tariffs, Jeffrey Epstein, forcing schools to promote ideology chosen by Trump, people being forced to make pro-Trump advertising, and Trump being in bed with Satan.
