Wilfred "Wilf" Mott is a fictional recurring character played by the late Bernard Cribbins in the long running science fiction TV series Doctor Who, he was first introduced in the Doctor Who Christmas Special Voyage of the Damned running a newspaper kiosk, but then in the episode Partners in Crime it was revealed, he's the grandfather of Donna Noble

Doctor Who : (Tenth Doctor, (25 December 2007)
The Doctor: Hello there, Sorry um obvious question, but where's everyone gone?
Wilf: Oh ho, scared
The Doctor: Right yes, scared of what?
Wilf: Where've you been living?, London at Christmas, not safe is it
The Doctor: Why?
Wilf: Well it's them up above, look Christmas before last, we had that big bloody spaceship, everyone standing on a roof and then last year, That Christmas star, electrocuting all over the place, draining the Thames.
Astrid: This place is amazing
Wilf: This year, Lord knows what, so everybody scampered, gone to the country, all except me and her majesty
Reporter: Her Majesty The Queen has confirmed that she'll be staying in Buckingham Palace throughout the festive season to show the people of London and the world that there's nothing to fear
Wilf: Yeah, God bless her, we stand vigil
The Doctor: Well, between you and me, I think her majesty's got it right, as far as I know, this year nothing to worry about
(The Doctor and Astrid are suddenly teleported back, leaving Wilf amazed, confused and alert)
Wilf: Then again

(5 April 2008)
(Wilf if packing up when he sees the TARDIS flying over head)
Wilf: Ah, Donna it's- it's the flying blue box
(Wilf looks through his telescope and sees Donna and The Doctor)
Wilf: WHAT!
(Wilf looks through again closer, just to make sure he isn't seeing things)
Wilf: That's Donna!
(He notices the Doctor as well, he couldn't believe it)
Wilf: That's Donna and that's him!, it's him (he start's to get excited and cheers loudly), GO ON GAL, GO ON GET UP THEIR (he whistles and chuckles excitedly, knowing that his granddaughter was living the dream)
