Dryophylax yavi (Myers & Donnelly, 1996)
- Holotype: EBRG 3124 (field no. CWM 19665), adult ♀, collected by AMNH-TERRAMAR Expedition on 19 February 1995.
- Type locality: “the summit of Cerro Yaví, 2150 m elevation, Amazonas, Venezuela”.
