- Syntypes: BMNH 1947.2.28.46 (formerly 1860.3.19.1365), 1947.2.28.47 (formerly 1860.3.19.1367) and 1947.2.4.60–61 (formerly 1860.11.6.5).
- Type locality: “Kulu and Simla, Himalaya (2400–4200 feet above the level of the sea”, India.
