Hemidactylus endophis Carranza & Arnold, 2012: 65
- Holotype: BMNH 1976.1323, ♂, lodged in the gullet of a Platyceps rhodorachis (BMNH85.11.7.16), collected by A.S.G. Jayakar.
- Type locality: “"Muscat" (Oman)”.
- Etymology: From the classical Greek prefix endŏ- meaning inside, and ŏphis, a snake.
