- Holotype: CBC 00808, adult ♂, collected by Gabor Csorba on 24 February 2010
- Type locality: “O'Kasieb campsite at 14°01’00.2’’N, 106°45’09.0’’E, 114 m elevation; Seun Sai District, Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia”.
- Etymology: Named after the type locality to underscore the importance of Veun Sai Proposed Protected Forest for the conservation of Cambodia’s threatened biodiversity.
