      • 430 BCE – 354 BCE, Xenophon, Anabasis 7.3.26:

        ἐπειδὴ δὲ προυχώρει ὁ πότος, εἰσῆλθεν ἀνὴρ Θρᾷξ ἵππον ἔχων λευκόν.

        epeidḕ dè proukhṓrei ho pótos, eisêlthen anḕr Thrāîx híppon ékhōn leukón.

        When the drinking-bout was well under way, there entered a Thracian man with a white horse.
