Etymology

In Circassian marriage, the word "marrying" used by the Circassians is къэщэн for the man which means "to bring", and for the woman which means "to go alongside with".

    томым ыпшъашъитӏу дэкӏуагъэх ― toməm əpŝaŝitʷʼu dɛkʷʼağɛx ― Tom's both daughters are married.
    дэянэ томым дакӏо ― dɛjanɛ toməm dakʷʼo ― Diana is marrying Tom.
