This suffix can form gerunds with particularly negative or inferior connotations.^[1] For example

• שרײַבעכץ (shraybekhts) can suggest writings produced in high volume and of generally poor quality.
• זינגעכץ (zingekhts) suggests inferior singing.

However, words with this suffix are not exclusively pejorative. For example

• טועכץ (tuekhts) just means doings or tasks.
