    • Tanach, Isaiah 3:7, with translation of the King James Version:
      נִגַּשׂ וְהוּא נַעֲנֶה וְלֹא יִפְתַּח־פִּיו כַּשֶּׂה לַטֶּבַח יוּבָל וּכְרָחֵל לִפְנֵי גֹזְזֶיהָ נֶאֱלָמָה וְלֹא יִפְתַּח פִּיו׃
      nigásh v'hú na'ané v'ló yiftákh-pív kasé latévakh yuvál ukh'rakhél lif'néi goz'zéha v'ló yiftákh pív.
      He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
