   خُدا کے فَضْل و کَرْم سے وہ اِس مَرْض سے آروگْیَہ حاصِل کِیا۔

   xudā ke fazl o karm se vo is marz se ārogya hāsil kiyā.

   By the grace of God, he attained recovery from this illness.
