From زخمه (zahme, plectrum; stirrup strap) +‎ ـلمك (-lemek, suffix forming infinitives from nouns or adjectives).

  1. (transitive) to strike or pluck the strings of an instrument, such as a lyre or guitar, with a plectrum
  2. (transitive) to furnish a saddle with stirrup straps or stirrup leathers in order to support the stirrups
