Borrowed from Arabic مَطْنَب (maṭnab).

  1.  the space between the shoulder blades and the nape of the neck, or, the ridge of the shoulder
    Synonym: چكین (çekin) (ridge of the shoulder)

  1. (of a tent) fastened with tent-ropes, bound with rope, tethered
  2. (of a bow) furnished with a loop or lanyard at the notch
