     گروهی از اکراد در کوههای میان اصفهان و خوزستان و این نواحی بدیشان شناخته آید و بلاد لر خوانند و هم لرستان و لور گویند.

     goruh-i az akrâd dar kuh-hâ-ye muyân-e esfehân o xuzestân, o in navâhi bedišân šenâxte âyad o balad lor xânand o ham lorestân o lur guyand.

     [ Lurs are ] a group of nomads who live in the mountains between Isfahan and Khuzestan and these territories are known to be theirs and they are called the Lur people and they are also called “Luristan” and “Lur”.
