   kullhōn šrāḡāṯē dˁīḵē ìnā.

   All the lights are off.

   ܢܘܼܪܵܐ ܕܥܝܼܟ݂ܵܐ ܝܠܹܗ ― nūrā dˁīḵā ìlēh ― The fire is gone out.

This is used to describe things which have turned off or gone out by their own, not caused to be turn off. The adjective ܡܘܼܕܥܟ݂ܵܐ (mudˁḵā) is used to describe things which have been caused to turn off.
