1. (colloquial, transitive or intransitive) to blur.

2. (slang, intransitive) to have a blurry vision; to dazzle; to feel dizzy; to undergo brain fog.

• According to linguistic rules, blur must be transliterated into Thai as เบลอร์. But เบลอ seems to be the only form in common use.
