- The 23rd letter and 15th consonant of the Tai Tham Pali alphabet. In Pali it represents the nasal retroflex consonant /ɳ/, written <ṇ> in the Roman script.

Usage notes
In the vernacular languages, this letter represents the plain nasal /n/. The graphic distinction between ᨶ and ᨱ is purely etymological. Native words generally use ᨶ.
