1. added to a noun, to create words for a female person who has an occupation related to that noun:

   ‎ταξί (taxí, “taxi”) + ‎-τζού (-tzoú) → ‎ταξιτζού (taxitzoú, “taxi driver”)

   ‎καφές (kafés, “coffee”) + ‎-τζού (-tzoú) → ‎καφετζού (kafetzoú, “cafe owner”)

2. added to a noun, to create words for a female person who has does something related to that noun:

   ‎πλάκα (pláka, “joke, fun”) + ‎-τζού (-tzoú) → ‎πλακατζού (plakatzoú, “joker”)

   ‎καβγάς (kavgás, “fight”) + ‎-τζού (-tzoú) → ‎καβγατζού (kavgatzoú, “brawler”)
