Usage notes

Despite these terms could theoretically exist, they currently are not in broad use, but through influence of other languages, for preciseness, they might be coined or be established in the future, because they grammatically and syntactically align to all the existing language conventions.

Please note that for a stepchild there is a separate word გერი (geri), but it is gender-neutral and cannot express the senses stepson or stepdaughter, for that please see არაღვიძლი ვაჟი (araɣviʒli važi) and არაღვიძლი ქალიშვილი (araɣviʒli kališvili) respectively.
