From -d (frequentative suffix) +‎ -k (obsolete instantaneous suffix) +‎ -l (frequentative suffix) with linking vowels.[1]

Suffix

-dekel

  1. (frequentative suffix, rare) Added to a verb to form another verb to express the frequent repetition of an action.
    ‎nyel (“to swallow”) + ‎-dekel → ‎nyeldekel (“to swallow one after another”)

Usage notes

  • (frequentative suffix) It is used only by a few one-syllable verbs. No longer productive. Variants:
    -dokol is added to back-vowel verbs
    -dekel is added to unrounded front-vowel verbs
    -dököl is added to rounded front-vowel verbs
