-ichcho

1. Used to form singulatives from collective nouns.

   ‎ceʼa (“birds”) + ‎-ichcho → ‎ceʼichcho (“bird”)

2. Used to form adjectives from verbs with a similar meaning.

   ‎buxa (“to become poor”) + ‎-ichcho → ‎buxichcho (“poor”)

• After a sonorant (n, r, l) that is immediately preceded by a vowel, the form -cho is used.
• The derivatives suffixed with -(ich)cho usually change their gender:

  ‎dagunna (“leopards”) (f) + ‎-ichcho → ‎daguncho (“leopard”) (m)
