  1. (personal suffix) Forms the first-person singular subjunctive present of transitive verbs with a second-person object.

dz 		The -j assimilates to the verb ending:
  keres →‎ keresselek
  metsz →‎ metsszelek
  hoz →‎ hozzalak
  edz →‎ eddzelek
st
szt 		The -t is removed, the -j assimilates to the -s, -sz:
  fest →‎ fesselek
  fáraszt →‎ fárasszalak
long vowel + t
or
consonant + t 		The -j becomes -s:
  segít →‎ segítselek
  bont →‎ bontsalak
Exceptions: bocsát → bocsássalak, lát → lássalak
short vowel + t Both the stem-final -t and the -j become -s:
  mutat → mutassalak, szeret → szeresselek
