     Most of those properties are in the city's most exclusive areas, on Victoria Peak or the neighborhoods on the south side of Hong Kong Island, like Deep Water Bay. In those secluded areas, leafy lanes give way to gardens, pools and high-end houses. Luxury apartments in the same locations shared similar price leaps.
