Borrowed from Caribbean Hindustani dugalaa (“many, much, a mix”), cf. Hindi दोगला (doglā, “mixed blood, crossbreed, mixed breed, mixed race, illegitimate, hybrid, half-caste”).

Dougla (plural Douglas)
