Pont-Henri
English
Etymology
Proper noun
- A village in Llanelli Rural community, Carmarthenshire, Wales (OS grid ref SN4709).
Usage notes
Why the "Henri" spelling is used is unclear. A 1952 OS map used the spelling Pont-Herry, but that may have been a typographical error.
Alternative forms
- Ponthenri, also Ponthenry, as used by the former Ponthenry railway station and a former colliery.
